I was assaulted by a client during a home visit, my eye continued to cause pain and that led to enucleation

One bullet went directly through my left eye and another through my left cheek.

I had a second retina detachment surgery in December that changed my life forever.

Journey Rose was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer known as unilateral retinoblastoma.

I’m 19 years into recovery now and I’m coping very well with my prosthetic eye.
